Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
I offer online and face to face therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Face to Face sessions can take place in my space in Marlow.
I work with adults and children impacted by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, bereavement, the impact of chronic sickness, social & behavioural difficulties, addiction, depression, anxiety, workplace stress and physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. My wide range of client experience means I am well placed to support individuals and families dealing with complex situations and experiences.
We can discuss yours or your child’s needs and what is right for you or your family during our initial conversation. I offer short and long-term therapy, but the length of therapy will depend on the situation that you are facing, what you want to get from therapy and how long you wish to stay working with me.
The parent child relationship is central to enabling the whole family to flourish. Alongside 1-1 therapy, I also therefore can offer family sessions or parent support sessions if this is more appropriate for your needs.
Clinical Supervision for Therapists, Designated Safeguarding Leads and Senior Leaders
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups which meets the rigorous supervision training standards as set out by the BACP and HCPC. As well as offering supervision for therapists, my integrative supervision training enables me to provide a reflective space for a range professionals managing fast paced, high pressured situations.
Ofsted is now acknowledging the importance of clinical supervision for Designated Safeguarding Leads and Senior Leadership teams. I collaborate regularly with school staff teams to ensure they have a supportive, creative space to explore the complexities of the education system and the needs of staff and students.
I believe in the absolute necessity and benefit of a supportive, consultative, and restorative space for you to reflect openly on various aspects of your work, one that I also hope will foster mutual curiosity, playfulness and learning for us both.
I encourage you to ‘come as you are’ – my aim is to provide a containing and adaptable space to meet your various needs and review your work. My therapeutic model is integrative with a creative arts, movement and relational focus that supports a variety of therapeutic approaches. I contain our supervisory work with the Hawkins and Shohet Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision.

The Journey of Motherhood
Birth Trauma Workshops – A Mother’s Creative Journey to Hope and Wellbeing,
A Mother’s Cup Wellbeing Retreat
1-1 therapeutic support for the journey of motherhood
These retreats and workshops are inherently creative while providing sound psychological frameworks for participants to reflect and discover practical resources to help them flourish. A wholistic offering – from the food to the environment to the style of work, there will be space to experience and explore what might be helpful for sustaining you and enriching your relationship with your child/children.
Motherhood is a transformative experience that often breaks open a woman’s understanding of themselves and who they want to be. It is an adventure that intrinsically changes and challenges. Throughout the ages, women have come together to support each other through this journey and these carefully designed workshops harness this power to help women share, support, survive and thrive.
Over 210 000 women are affected by birth trauma each year. The effects go beyond just physical trauma, often leading to anxiety, depression, grief, and ongoing stress. The birth trauma retreat day is a chance to process experiences that are difficult to talk about, connect with other women and gain practical tools of support.
I gather a team of professionals for the workshops to ensure that you receive a range of support and expertise to enable you to have an inspiring, holistic experience.
If there is not a retreat day date available that works for you then I also offer 1-1 work around these themes, using the workshop theories to underpin and support our work together.
Coaching & Mentoring for Senior Leaders and/or Senior Leadership teams
Are you a senior leader in the Charity, Social Care, Education, or Family Law sector?
What do these sectors have in common? These are high pressure, fast paced environments with numerous complex dynamics involved, where the responsibility of positively impacting others is at the core of your daily work.
Do you ever wonder:
How do I creatively problem solve, with fresh perspectives, about complex situations
that require systemic change?
How do I ensure I can work in a sustained way, long term, within my sector to bring
about impactful change? How do I authentically lead others to do the same?
How do I create a space to develop strategies to ensure change is effectively
embedded, while having to react and firefight each day?
How do I discover inspirational vision for colossal challenges, while authentically
managing the complicated, emotive reality of the situations I deal with?
Step Out
- Stepping out of your usual busy routines and rhythms can provide a natural
opportunity for reflection and reset. - This habit can offer you an opportunity to respond strategically to current situations.
- It can also enable you to deal with the emotional impact of the daily toil.
The Opportunity for you and/or your team
- A bespoke, individualised day or half day 1-1 or as a leadership team exploring the themes that matter most to you. This can be a one off, once every 6 months, once a year or at a frequency that works for you.
- This provides enough time and space to explore situations at signifcant depth, expand your thinking, receive self-care, and set new goals.
- An environment that offers high support, alongside challenge, ensures you will feel fully understood, refreshed and re-envisioned.
Creativity
- Adding more creativity to the way you work can seem time consuming, unconventional, or gimmicky, but Albert Einstein identified that ‘creativity is intelligence having fun’. Enjoying what you do, while engaging intelligently with complex topics is a crucial balance for sustaining fresh perspectives and grounded wisdom.
- Every conversation has creative potential, and creativity means something different for every individual.
- Save time, by receiving evidence-based strategies that incorporate the creative arts to redefine how you engage with complex problems.
- Discover how a creativity that fits with your style of leadership can increase productivity, offer new perspectives within problem solving and help you to function at your best.
Aiding Your Wellbeing
- A wholistic offering from the food to the environment to the style of work, there will be space to experience and explore what might be helpful for sustaining you and your team throughout the different cadences of the work.
- This can support a reduction in absences and long-term sign offs, while increasing inspired, energised productivity.
- Having a confidential space to honestly reflect about work is often rare as a senior leader. The risks of public exposure and information being used adversely can be high. Meeting with me, an external professional, who’s code of practice requires confidentiality can enable you to share openly and freely without concern.
- A safe place for you to own, manage and process the complex emotions that can occur as a senior leader in these sectors.
Organisational Strategic Consultancy and Development support
Colleagues and I work together to support organisational strategic development to ensure that effective culture is embedded, strong governance underpins practical application, and organisational pathways are based in evidence-based theory.
Tools such as MOSCO provide a simple structure for leadership teams to think through their purpose and development plan.
The 5 Voices Coaching tools and workshops enable teams to understand their dynamics and to function as effectively as possible.
Organisations often value the expertise of external voices as this provides a sense of perspective that can help to identify unhelpful patterns, critical systemic changes and explore how key cultural values are embedded successfully.
